If there is one thing I can say about this session, it's that it made me FALL IN LOVE with portrait photography! Tiffany approached me asking if I would be willing to do a boudoir shoot for Valentines Day to surprise her husband and of course, I said yes!
Not going to lie, I was super nervous, yet so excited to be able to bless my sweet friend with a V-day gift her husband wouldn't soon forget. Tiffany actually did my boudoirs before my wedding, so it was only fitting that I hooked a sister up. Let me tell you...while we were shooting, laughter and music filled the air. It was seriously the best day ever. Not to mention that we got some STUNNING photos of her. I asked which ones I was able to put on my website and she picked these four. Some of them were Praise Hand worthy, but since this session wasn't originally intended for online use, I wanted to respect Tiff and her Hubbs.
Never-the-less, I hope you still enjoy the sneak peek inside a boudoir session. I absolutely loved doing this shoot, I remember when I had mine taken, I felt like a fierce lady boss and that's exactly how I think all women should feel. I want to stop climbing the mountain of comparison and start celebrating other women's accomplishments. If you feel the same way, let's chat!
Boudoirs are scary -- it's a super vulnerable space to be in, but I guarantee that you won't regret it!And once you have the photos in your hand and you see that, you too, are a fierce lady boss, nothing is going to stop you. I always look back at my boudoirs and remember the feeling of being so empowered -- then all the insecurity and doubt of who I am fades away.

Enjoy!
