Hey, Hi, Hello!

Meet Michaela

Hey there, friend! I'm Michaela and I am SO excited that you're here! Seriously, I'm psyched.

I'm a coffee connoisseur, donuts make my heart skip a beat, and if I could give a name to my personality, it would be a cross between Emma Stone and J-Law. I married my best friend last year and settling into the joys of married life has been one of the hardest, yet rewarding, experiences on the planet.  I think Jurassic Park might be the best movie ever made, but my all-time favorite film is Pearl Harbor. Oh, and I absolutely LOVE taking pictures of my friends and family, but weddings give this hopeful romantic the BIGGEST smile (besides my handsome husbabe! )

I'm always down for an adventure -- wherever your heart may lead you, there we will go! As Russell once said, "Adventure is out there!" And I intend to find it. I want to chase it down and be the girl that passionately goes after her dreams and doesn't apologize for it. YOU deserve that too, friend! You deserve to look back on this wonderful season in your life with no regrets.

With me, there will always be laughter and a lot of fun, because I believe that life wasn't meant to be boring. You won't just get photos -- you'll get moments. The excitement, the butterflies in your stomach, the laughter, all frozen in time. Plus, you'll make a new friend, because chances are, we have more in common than just our Starbucks order (mine is an iced Venti Soy Vanilla Late!).

There is no greater joy for me than capturing the timeless romance of couples. I've always been a romantic at heart (I mean, what girl isn't?!). I'm completely captivated watching the story unfold. Through the struggles the characters face, not knowing if they're going to end up together. Watching them find each other in the midst of everything falling apart -- and then finally, Ronald Miller and Cindy Mancini ride off into the sunset on a lawnmower, Mr. Darcy proclaims his love to Elizabeth Bennet, and Andrew Paxton finally realizes he's in love with Margaret Tate (by the way, if you can name all of the titles to these films, you're already my best friend). All of these moments have a story tucked away within them -- and I want to tell YOURS! You have a romance worth sharing with the world and it's even better than a Hollywood script because your story is REAL! It's actually happening! You are marrying your best friend, life partner, and true love. And that, my sweet friend, is something to celebrate.

Are you ready??
